Even though God as Trinity is forbibben by the Koran, yet, even without knowing it, even the staunchest opponents to the Trinity as God are themselves evidence that God is indeed, Trinity.

Out of all my periodic discussions over the last 40 years with Muslim people and their objections to Christianity,
one encounter left this Christian cleric simply tongue-tied…for a time.

As a Bible professor at a Christian university in Oklahoma City, I was excited that a young Muslim woman was a student in my New Testament class. What she contributed in class discussion seemed to be a precise
knowledge of Christianity, even quoting New Testament verses on faith and salvation. Other students, many
raised in church, said she had a better understanding of the Bible than they did. (They were right!)

The one task she lacked in getting an “A” in my class, by her own admission, was her the inability to cite the
biblical references for the answers she gave on homework. That seemed odd. Why memorize verses, yet fail to simply write the book, chapter, and verse? As that needed investigation, we agreed to meet in my office after
class to help her with this part of her assignments.

I opened by complimenting her with my amazement at how well she seemed to know Christianity. She
shrugged, “As a Muslim, I believe almost everything that you believe as a Christian and that we are virtually the same in our belief.”

There was only one thing hard for her to swallow: Jesus being God.

To help with that, I readdressed our class discussion of John 10:30, “What do you think about Jesus
proclaiming, ‘I and the Father are One?’ The Jews recognized that Jesus was proclaiming that He was one
person with God in Heaven and took up stones to kill him for blasphemy.”

“Oh we Muslims believe that Jesus said that!”

“The Koran also teaches that after Jesus ascended into heaven, he stood before Allah and denounced His claim to divinity, saying that only Allah was God.” (Koran 3:51)

She then followed with a comment, leaving me feeling helplessness toward her. “In all my talks with Christians,
the one thing no one can explain to me is the Trinity, how can God be three separate persons, yet still be one at the same time. Jesus can’t possibly be God.”

I recited the illustration of the three forms of water, namely ice, liquid, and vapor, all three had the same elements of water, but she quickly refuted that all three aren’t occupying the same space at the same time. The help I offered seemed completely predictable to her.

Finally, I had to admit that “Some mysteries you simply have to accept by faith.”

“That’s what we’re told you would say,” she added with a sheepish grin, “That is the problem. Even you, a college professor, can’t explain it to me, so I have to just accept it. That isn’t good enough.”

After this meeting, in subsequent homework submissions, she kept mentioning her struggle to reconcile the
idea of the Trinity. Whether she was truly seeking truth or challenging this position, I felt it my responsibility to
struggle and find a simpler and more complete explanation. .

My studies began with the first chapter of Genesis, the creation of mankind. I knew the clues to God’s nature
would be found in what God self-proclaimed, “Let us create man in Our image, in Our likeness.” (Genesis 1:26-
27) I already knew that the Hebrew word, “Elohim,” (Us/Our) is plural. Even though He alone is God, this
reference indicates plurality. I knew that many would refute that, as I thought the student would.

Digging deeper, I asked: “Do we completely and perfectly resemble our Creator? If mankind is created in the
image of God, then is MAN a trinity, three in one, simultaneously?

As I tested my theory, I wrote this explanation to her question on her final exam:

“Man occupies the same space as Mind, Body, and Soul/Spirit. There is a “traditional Muslim’s website” that
verifies that same belief, http://www.yursil.com/blog/category/other-religions/. Since both Muslims and Christians can agree at that point, what a wonderful place to start, with mutual understanding.

“A person is still singular, but can he have three separate and unique identities, yet still maintain oneness?

“First, a human has a body. A man or woman has a physical nature. To survive, she has to have a working head, heart, lungs, and other vital organs. Humans are recognized, physically, by facial and body characteristics unique to that individual. However, even though a person is in a coma and can’t communicate, she can still be recognized or have a name. In this case, her body maintains her identity, even though the mind and spirit may not appear to be present. Body is one separate identity.

“Second, a human has a mind. When I speak on the phone, write a text message, or as you are reading this
explanation, it would appear that I am a person. I have an identity that is recognizable as coming from my mind or thoughts, even though you don’t actually see me. These words alone are strong evidence that I exist, through the workings of my mind, without my body. The mind is one other separate identity.

“The third piece is a bit more challenging, defining the human spirit. Emotions, passions, fears, and “being,” are reflective of the spirit. The spirit may not be as observable and identifiable as the other two manifestations of the human and ones values do influence the mind and the body, but is it a separate identity?

“Again, considering the case of a person in a coma, if the person appears to have no brain activity, is that person actually dead? There are documented cases demonstrating that following cessation of consciousness, people have returned from the dead. Is it possible that if the heart stops (hence, the body) and electrical impulses ceased in the brain (hence, the mind), yet the spirit or soul lives on and that dead person can be revived?Although medical science can’t explain this, we are left to grapple with the fact that the spirit, or soul, could be yet a third separate identity of a person.

“Three separate identities, all occupying the same space and time: Man as trinity, created in God’s image. God
must be Trinity in no conflict with monotheism. It adds up: God is still one, just as man is still one.”

At the end of the last class, I pulled her aside privately and asked if she read it. She had. Did it make sense? It
did. In the pursuit of finding truth, could I verify it by meeting with her mullah? No. “He would dismiss it and not likely listen to what I had to say.”

Would she? No. That ended the conversation.

In the same referenced blog above, “Mind, Body, and Soul,” voices that the problem with Christians is that we
can’t explain the Trinity. Yet in their own title, coincidentally, it reveals that the nature of man is in reality a reflection of who God is, simply, Trinity. To deny the divine Trinity would cost disbelieving that God created man in the first place.

Did she earn an “A” in my class? That she did – but the true reward is knowing that man and God, share the exact same nature; we are both trinity.

Sometime later, while watching a travelogue about Crater Lake in Washington, I was struck by the idea of the importance of uncovering that both man and God are trinity. The video showed a pristine lake, whose glassy surface perfectly reflected the sky above, making the point of connection between sky and water almost negligible to the eye. The narrator so aptly observed, “This beautiful body of water is often referred to as the mirror of God.”

As human beings, no matter the religion, politics, sex, or nationality, we ALL mirror God’s image, that of the Trinity.

The article briefly describes the concept of God in Islam.

The concept of God in Islam is very simple and easy to understand. The four verses given below give the complete information on God.

Say: He is Allah, the One and Only.
Allah, the Eternal, Absolute.
He begets not, nor is He begotten.
And there is none like unto Him.

Now, I would like to give a brief explanation of these verses. These verses mean that Allah, the God is only one. He does not have any partners or other Gods besides him.

He has no beginning or end. He was always there and will always be there. He does not need anything, while everything needs him.

He has no sons or daughters. He also does not have any parents as he was never born.

He is different from everything else. He is unique. You cannot imagine or draw God’s picture because whatever you can imagine depends on what you have already seen. God on the other hand is not like anything you have seen before.

Islam and the slave trade.

I wonder are my people aware of the history of the slave trade? I mean we all got here somehow, the question consumed me so I sought out the answer. At first I too blamed the white man because he is evidence of our labor, but who set us up who set the plan in motion that would take more lives than the Holocaust. There are more African souls dwelling in the waters that surround this great nation than 2 holocausts. But the question is how did it begin from where did the trade originate, Africa to America is a long way.

I sought out an answer someone told me that my great uncle sold me for some gold, that was too simple I dig deeper, all answers again point towards Europe. I do the logistics a nation against a few ships of armed men, I don’t think so after studying the art of war and understanding diplomacy and realizing that all violence is the result of failed communication, odds are the traders sent their best finery and smoothest talker not the biggest gun, fodder runs out, and there are a million Zulus on the horizon craving death. Not Likely.

My search brought me to the Moors, the Muslims of the day, and there I found the conspirator. Look at the map who’s closer Portugal Spain or Mecca? Ah ha I say I found him , He smiled with his gold teeth and saber Islam was his culture and with a traitor or two, a local chieftain with an ax to grind and a weak mind sold me for a few shekels and temporary power. These were worse than Judas because they did not feel remorse instead they aided and assisted until Foreign shore became my destiny. The saber imposed his culture but it was met with fierce resistance many great African warriors stood defiantly against the Horde, but personal grievances and the Judas Iscariot in weak men bound my ancestors the defiant for a life of slavery, their will is how we draw breath today.

At least Judas felt remorse, in the local chieftains and Imams there was none sending millions towards foreign shores daily their descendants live today in Liberia and The Sudan and send their own through the pits of hell for power look as their nieces trod the sands of Dar fur as they pray to the same God who enslaved them from the start. To each his own but know your history.

Did you know that Islam is the most misunderstood relegion in the World?? Ya, that's why you think that Jihad is a holy war and that the headscarf is being forced on women. Read this to learn about five misconceptions that allot of people have.

Islam is the most misunderstood religion in the world. This is because these days most of the people rely on newspapers, media, and wrong models. This is also because Islam is portrayed very unjustly in the western world and even by some “Muslims”. Below are 5 examples of the misconceptions:

Jihad

Jihad means to struggle or strive and does NOT mean holy war. Jihad is not mainly fighting in battle; it is actually doing more or less anything that is a struggle, like pilgrimage for women, which is a Jihad. Battle only is meant to be done to defend yourself if an enemy is attacking you, or if your Muslim brothers or sisters are in the status of crisis.

The Headscarf

The headscarf that the women wear is called Hijab. The reason for this is modesty, and is NOT something that a man will threaten on. Muslim women wear the headscarf just like nuns do. If you still cannot take it into your mind, then just think of it like it’s the latest fashion. I’m sure if someone came in like that saying that they are a Nun or are following the latest fashions, you would be fine with it. Then why cant you be fine with a modest Muslim woman?

No Fun in Islam

This is completely wrong. Islam allows fun as long as it is in a permissible way. Now you might be thinking, “what in the world is permissible in Islam”, well, everything is permissible unless it is not allowed. Things that are not allowed include getting drunk, illegal sex, rape, smoking, and getting high or drunk. Other than that, most things are permissible. Muslims are allowed to go to the cinema, to a restaurant(unless you’re going to eat pork and drink alcohol)

Jesus is hated in Islam

This is COMPLETELY false. He is one of the 5 most loved prophet and messenger of Islam!! The Quran even has a whole chapter about the story of Mary and Jesus (PBUH). You have to believe in Jesus (PBUH) to be a Muslim. As a Muslim, we don’t believe that he is the son of God Almighty, but is the creation and prophet of God Almighty. We also don’t believe that he was crucified, but instead taken to Paradise and will be brought back to earth in Syria.

Islam didn’t invent anything

This is completely wrong. Who ever told you this doesn’t know anything about the world today. Tell him to read the site here and tell you what he thinks. If he thinks this is a lie, tell him to give you evidence, as they all have proof. And algebra and the number 0 are main things that MUSLIMS invented.

The truth of how Islam really works and state some shocking truths you never thought would be true about Islam, the religion of us all.

Islam is one of the three most spread religions in the world. People who don’t know much about Islam or aren’t Muslims may hear bad things about Islam and believe some lies that are told about the Islamic nation.

There are people who are Muslims by name but all they do gives Islam a bad and outrageous look to those who don’t know much about this magnificent religion.

Anyone Who Believes in God and Only God is a Muslim!

That’s true! According to Quran, the Muslims’ holy book, anyone who believes in God and doesn’t worship anything else besides God is a Muslim.

This is the base of Islam. Believing in god solely is the first step that enters you in God’s magnificent religion.

Of course this isn’t the only thing you should do to go to heaven or to be a true Muslim but doing so makes you a Muslim whatever you think your religion is.

I know it is shocking and might be somehow hard to understand but this is the truth.

God created Islam for everyone. It didn’t come for a particular nation! Islam came to finalize and sum up all previous religions and unify them all in one.

This means that being a Muslim makes you believe in all God’s prophets and earlier religions.

With Islam being your religion is as if you travelled in time and experienced every other religion God created and acquired the best of them all! It’s like speaking all languages of the universe!

That’s true, it is a universal Islam.

Every Person is Born a Muslim

When God creates a baby, any baby, he creates it a Muslim. Islam is the religion of god. Despite of whatever names religions are called. Every religion God sent is Islam. God creates us all Muslims by nature. We grow up, things change and people become believers, others may not. We fall apart or find the way, that’s all up to us. We can stay Muslims which means believers in God solely and all his prophets or we can turn and believe whatever we want to believe and stop being Muslims.

Only Muslims are Allowed into Heaven

You might hate me now but I can’t lie to you or say anything that isn’t really true. I will not even try to say it nicely because there isn’t a nice way to say this.

Muslims alone are allowed in heaven! Only those who believe solely in God and believe that God is one will go to heaven for sure. So, if you do nothing wrong and live like an angel but don’t believe that there’s only one God for us all and that you should obey him, then you won’t sit foot in heaven! That’s the truth.

Please, try to find your faith, look around you, you’ll find thousands of signs and evidence that God is here and you should believe in him.

And remember, everything can be forgiven by god, everything!

With that being said, I’d like to explain something. Since Muslims only are allowed to heaven this doesn’t mean that all Muslims have a free granted entry to heaven! Each and Everyone will be judged fairly and those who have sinned and didn’t repent or make amends will be punished in hell then will be granted an entry to heaven for eternity.

If you are a Muslim, aka, believer, then be a good Muslim so that you won’t have to take a ride in hell, just take a short cut to heaven!

Prayer is one of the five pillars of Islam which makes it very important.

A Muslim is a person who follows the religion of Islam. Prayer shows dedication, as well as love, plus it is a way of contacting their God, Allah.

WHEN?

Muslims are expected to pray at least, 5 times a day. The prayer they recite 5 times a day is called the “Shahadah”. It contains 15 words in total.

There is no god but Allah, and Muhammed (Peace Be Apon Him) is his prophet.

There are set times that Muslims have to use this prayer.

Before sunrise

Between sunrise and mid-day

At mid-day

Between mid-day and sunset

After sunset

A Muslim can pray more than 5 times a day if they wish using they’re own prayers or ones that they know. These do not count towards the essential 5 times a day and can be recited at any time during the day.

WHERE?

A Muslim can pray anywhere he or she wishes. The only requirement is to believe in what you are saying. If it is possible, Muslims should wash before praying. Mosques have small places to wash. They are there to wash you physically and spiritually.

WHAT?

Apart from themselves, it is not essential for Muslims to have anything material to pray. However, if possible, they will wash, dress in a robe and use a prayer mat. When they use the mat, they make sure it is always facing Mecca (Makkah). These items are not necessary if you cannot obtain them.

WHY?

The first reason is that prayer is one of the five pillars of Islam. The pillars are what support the religion.

These are the 5 pillars.

Shahadah:

Islamic creed. The prayer that is repeated 5 times a day.

Salah:

Islamic prayer. It requires you to pray at the 5 set times.

Zakah:

Islamic service. Giving money to charity and other helpful things.

Sawm:

Islamic Fasting. No eating or drinking in daylight hours during Ramadan.

Hajj:

Islamic Pilgrimage. Pilgrimage to the city of Mecca.

Another reason for prayer is to get contact with Allah. The closer a Muslim is to Allah, the closer they are to paradise. The further they are from Allah, the closer they are to hell.

An Essay focusing on Misconceptions in Islam and what Islam says about other Religion.

If there is one statement agreed by Muslims and even educated Non-Muslims, it is that the Holy Quran is indeed written and in the unchanged words of Allah. It is the only book in the world of its kind, for it can not be compared to the bible, or the Torah. It has many miracles, clear evidence, supporting its contents. No man could have written it, taking into consideration its structure and its miracles.

A Non-Muslim, Islamic scholar wrote in his book, “The Quran is the only book in the world, written from the first word to the last sentence purely from God himself.” It is only after this scholar had mentioned it did the world notice. Is it not a miracle that a Non-Muslim can see this and accept it, being an advocate of anti-Islam.

The first of many points must be the Quran and information we know today about the composition of the earth’s surface. Only centuries ago did scientist discover that earth’s surface was approximately seventy percent water and thirty percent land. On the other hand, this had been figured out more then thousand years ago by Muslim Scholars with nothing more then reference to the Quran. The image below illustrates the miracle of the divine script, the Quran.

This image explains, the number of times the words, Sea and land, are used in the Quran, compared to each others in terms of fractions and their percentages. Thus, the word sea, is used an amount of thirty-two times. In comparison, the word land is used only thirteen times. These numbers are used a total of forty-five times. Thus, the fraction for water, is thirty-two over forty-five verses, the fraction for land, thirteen over forty-five. The final percentage of water occupied masses comes to seventy-one point one, one. While the percentage for land comes out a total of twenty-eight point eight, eight. These percentages are what is known to the scientific community as the percentages of water and land on the surface of the earth.

The next argument is so incredible, it is hard to truly write the miracle behind the Quran’s Mathematical structure. An Egyptian biochemist by the name of Rashid Kalifa discovered the Quran’s Miraculous structure around the number, nineteen. First to address the question, Why nineteen? First of all, its digits contain, the first single-digit number, one, and the last single-digit number, contributing to God’s attribute in 57:3 as the “Alpha and the Omega”. The second significance is the fact that nineteen is the sum of the first powers of nine and ten, and the difference between the second powers of ten and nine. The image on the right explains this further. One final reason why the number nineteen was chosen over a set of infinite number is, it represents the numerical value of the word, “One” in all the scriptural languages, Aramaic, Hebrew, and Arabic.

To truly understand how the Quran revolves around the number nineteen, one must have some basic knowledge. To begin, in Islam, the first thing necessary to becoming a Muslim is declaring Shahada. The first statement in Shahada is, “Allah is one.” This first part of the Islamic Declaration of Faith, and also the topic of all Meccan Sarahs, Tawhid, oneness of Allah. Thus you can see, the word one is very important Islamicly. Then is it a coincidence that the word, Wahid, meaning one, in Arabic appears nineteen times in the Holy Quran? Some other views of the Quran’s structure include, there being one-hundred fourteen Sarah’s. one-hundred-fourteen is the product of six times nineteen.

Also, the statement, “Bismih Allah hir Rahman hir Rahym”, which has four words, which are very significant. The first one, the root, “ism” occurs in the Quran nineteen times. The second word, Allah, occurs, two-thousand, six-hundred, ninety-eight times, which is the product of nineteen and one-hundred, forty-two. Then the third word, Merciful, which occurs fifty-seven times, the product of nineteen and three.

The final word, Beneficent, occurs one hundred and fourteen times, the product of nineteen and six. The total number of verses in the Quran is six-thousand, three-hundred, and forty-six, which coincidently is the product of nineteen and three-hundred, thirty-four. Also, the digits of six-thousand, three-hundred, and forty-six, add up to a sum of nineteen.

The name of every Surah in the Quran has a numerical sum divisible by nineteen, a very rare possibility. Also, the first revelation was the first five verses of Al’Alaq, the ninety-sixth surah which has a numerical sum of seventy six, which is the product of nineteen and four. The ninety-sixth surah is also the nineteenth surah from the back and it has a total of nineteen verses. These nineteen verses consist of three-hundred four letters which is the product of nineteen and sixteen.

Another aspect of this number is, simple why? Why is it significant that the Quran revolves around this miraculous number and in this structure. A reliable website,

Submission.org,

explains,

The significance of this is twofold. First, it demonstrates that the text of the Quran has not been tampered with; any changes to the text would cause the entire delicate system to collapse. Second, it demonstrates that the Quran is of divine origin since it is impossible to deliberately compose It in this manner. Words have specific meanings and can only be manipulated to a minor extent. Unless one is prepared to tack words with the designated letters, regardless of their meaning, together to get the number of letters required, it is impossible to deliberately compose the text to end up with the requisite number of letters and still retain a lucid meaning. An attempt to compose any text to contain a designated number of letters, the sum of which is a multiple of any specific number, will quickly demonstrate its impossibility.

This explanation is very excellent for it nails the main answer. The fact that the Holy Scripture is in mathematical harmony proves it is very true and can not be false. For great poets have said, “A poem with a harmonic rhythm will sound as good as the time put in”, thus the Quran is in such harmonic rhythm that it would be impossible if create but a mere human, thus it could not be the words of anyone but God himself.

Also, I would like to mention a point, non directly related, Why the people of Arabia? Why had the Arabs been chosen over all the other nations to be the nation of the prophet and home of the Islamic Holy Mosque. The answer is simple. Language and poetry. For it has been explained, the Torah had been chosen to the Israelites because of their skills in magic. Thus god gave Musa(A) [Moses] stronger magic, true magic, magic from God himself. When it was the time for Christianity, there were great philosophers and healers as opposed to Musa(A) time where there were great magicians.

Thus God sent Isa(A)[Jesus] with stronger healing powers, with a better philosophical mind then the people. When it was time for The messenger of Allah, The Holy Prophet, the people of Arabia were great poets. Thus the Quran was revealed, and the scripture was so deep and poet that the people were forced into believing this script was from God himself.

One last point I would like to make, is about the words and order of the Quran. The Quran is the direct word of Allah as revealed to The Holy Prophet by Angel Jibrael [Gabriel], for as he would receive revelation, he would have his companions write it down right then. The words had not been changed and many companions would write it on tablets, and later compare to make sure, there writing were the same. After the prophet died, coincidently, nineteen years later, a committee had come to put the Quran in order , how The Prophet had been told from God. Understand that everything had been done, from the exact unchanged words to the order. All the committee had to do was actually put it in order as the prophet had written. This event had been secured and did not change or alter anything or else the Quran would have lost its delicate mathematical harmony. As opposed to the Bible, which had been written almost two-centuries after the death of Isa(A).

Also, the bible has been changed along with the Torah according to Islam, and The Holy Prophet had been named the last messenger and the one to receive the Quran, which as promised by God, Will not be changed. The bible has been changed without a doubt for there is no trace of the word “Trinity” in the whole bible. Also, Isa(A) can not be the son of god, for he himself forbade his people from calling him the son of god. How can the Christians deny what is in their books, “And devils came out of many, crying out and saying, ‘You are the son of God!’ And he, rebuking them, did not allow them to speak, for they knew that he was the Messiah” #14 (Luke 4:41).” Also the Bible says “and Jesus .for forty days in the wilderness was tempted by the devil” #12 (Luke 4:1),” If Isa(A) really was the son of God, then the Bible is contradicting when it says, “”God cannot be tempted by the devil” #13 (James 1:13). Again, the Christian cant deny what is in the Bible.

Also, the concept of Church is can not be found in the Bible for the first Church was built two-hundred years after the death of Isa(A). Also, it was sometime between 180 AD to 210 AD that the word, Father had been inserted in front of Almighty God. Also, as the matter of Pork. The Quran says Pork is Haram or Unlawful and the truth is, So does the bible.” Of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcass shall ye not touch, they are unclean to you.”[Leviticus 11:7-8]. Again, how can the Christians deny their own books. For a majority of Christians go on about their lives not implying biblical laws.

In conclusion, The Quran is a true miracle and if it can state the percentages of land and water, more then a millennium before if could be figure out, for surely it is the divine script. Also, in Islam, it is believed that the Bible and the Torah were indeed the word of God once, but as said, the bible was first put on paper almost two centuries after Isa(A) death, thus there was a great period for change. Also, it is said that, the founder of Christianity was not Isa(A) but Paul, who had changed many of the laws commanded by God in the Bible. Also, one last point about Christianity is that the Bible mentions a prophet, a prophet coming to warn the people. The Bible prophesies about a prophet who will come. Then is it not clear evidence that The Holy Prophet is the messenger, for he was sent to fulfill the prophecies of the Bible as Isa(A) was sent to fulfill the prophecies of the Torah. Do not deny the words of God, for he will deny you when the day of Judgment comes.
