“Uh oh… how are we going to kill both
of them before they explode?And how the heck did the two of them get into the house?” whispered Daniel.
“It’s always the day we come back with diamonds from the mine isn’t it. Our iron swords won’t kill them fast enough,but if we could get in there and use the crafting table…” Alex whispered back.
“Yeah I know,but we can’t. Do you have any wood in your bag?” asked Daniel.
“No, not even some sticks! But we could find a tree somewhere and use our iron swords.” said Alex regaining some hope.
“Hey, that’s a pretty good idea. I didn’t know you ever had ideas.” Daniel stood laughing at his own joke but then remembering there circumstance dropped back down with wide eyes.
“Right now ain’t the best time for jokes, Daniel!” Said Alex in an alarmed tone.
“Sorry Alex”
“Don’t worry, I’ll get my revenge. One way or another.” stated Alex calmly
Daniels eyes went wide as he watched him walking just ahead of him. He knew Alex’s history with grieving. Only last week a new guy said a rude comment about him the guy woke up in a lava pit! And before that his sister borrowed without permission from his chest a simple rock pick and he used an iron axe to harvest her house, TNT to place a crater where it was, and then filled her spawning point with lava. There were countless others who got on his bad side, luckily for you I won’t go into them. It would take at lest 8 nooks to get the worst ones in, and that is not even half of it.
The rest of the long walk to the nearest tree (most of them had already been cut down) was a long one. And along the way, Daniel came up with about 10 different ways he would protect himself. And told me all about it. ‘I need a body guard’ Daniel thought to himself.
As they arrived at the tree, they were going to harvest when Alex asked “Who’s the new guy?He’s been building next to explosion gulf.”
“I didn’t even know we named places, but I know what you’re talking about”
“Ha-ha that was so fun when we made
that place! It was hundreds of creepers worth of TNT!” exclaimed Alex
“Ha-ha I know we used every single one in our stock pile!” laughed Daniel as if he was going explode himself.
But then Daniel went forward silently and started to smack the tree. As he worked he thought maybe he wasn’t going to die after all,but Alex always changes his plans, and Daniel is the one who always gets the punishment.
“Well, our work here is done. Ready to go kill some creepers?I’ll impale the first one you take the second.” said Alex with a smirk. “Let’s go! I’ve got a reputation to up hold!”
“Yeah, and i have an arm to up hold.” Whispered Daniel to himself
Later, when they made it back to the house, they saw the two creepers staring out at them waiting for them. They had lost the element of surprise,and they knew that they would need to be quick.
“Ok same plan that we made at the tree. I’ll go in first take out the one on the left you get the one on the right. Agreed?”
“Sure” Daniel confirmed.
At this point they’re at the front door staring into the dark of the house.
“I’ll use my torch” said Alex
“3…..2…..1……GO!” yelled Daniel
Alex smashed the door open threw the burning torch onto the holder and proceeded to impale the first creeper. Daniel just had time to see light flood the room when the he saw the creeper. Now that he could see his prey, he made a right downward slash, left downward slash and a stab to the face in about a second. In truth they were both disappointed in the fight. But Daniel was thank full that he did get hurt badly this fight, just a creeper bite on his left arm but he couldn’t of a way that his creeper could have bitten him.
Putting that matter a side, they traveled to their mine and came back with the supplies they needed and got the loot the creepers had, black powder mostly.
They put their loot from the mining trip in the box climbed in bed and quickly fell asleep.
The next morning Daniel woke up and he felt as if the he was back in the mine looking for loot next to lava. Then he realized that he was almost standing in lava!
