Talk it over with your doctor first though okay? Do you want to know what to look for in a friend or spouse, read your Bible? Every question you have in life will be answered in this one book. Oh sure our technical advances in the last hundred years have skyrocketed, but you know what. As much as we think we are mentally advanced from our primitive ancestors we still face the same problems in life that they did.
Why not subscribe to Christian newsletters like http://www.actsweb.org/ and Focus on the Family for any questions you might have.RBC.org is another site that has a huge selection of useful informative easy to read articles and free booklets to help you with whatever problem your are experiencing now. They are all Biblically written.
You can go to oneplace.com and choose from numerous free online ministries, my personal favourites are Chuck Swindoll with Insight for Living and Lighten Up with Ken Davis. There is even Paws and Tales for the kids to listen to. A word of advice though, be careful about giving money to them. Pray before you give. Maybe your heart will want to give at the end of one of the sermons you listen to, but you cannot afford it. As far as I know all the programs are legitimate, but check them out first okay? These are but a few of the huge array of Christian based web site available to help you. Use them!!

Oh and um, please do not forget the most important part of this equation: pray. While you are at it, why not go to some online prayer request places and ask for others to pray for you. Of course it is always good if you read other prayer requests and pray for someone else okay?
