The message for today is from Psalms 72:3.”The mountains shall bring peace to the people.”
The mountains make people think of echoing voices. People can think of this message in this way. The mountain could be like God echoing peace to all his people through his mountain of peaceful knowledge.
The Rainbow Study Bible Living Bible Edition Interprets Psalms 72:3 this away.” May the mountains and hills flourish in prosperity because of his good reign.”
This verse may seem slightly different to each individual; however to God it is a verse to help his people. He wants his people to realize that if they live by his good reign they as God’s people will flourish in prosperity and peace. Peace God gives us and prosperity as well. How great is that.
The mountains are like his speaking mount. He wants the world to hear his echoes of his specifically designed plan for his people. He wants his people to be prosperous and full of peace. He gives us both. All people need to do is listen to the echoes that lie within the wind. Then wait for the rewards of all the whispering echoes he gently whispers through the mountains.
Listen well. You wouldn’t want to miss a thing.
