Some people experience Loneliness. What is Loneliness?
With God we are never alone. We have his son living and in abiding within us to will and do of his good pleasure. And with Jesus Christ he and I are a majority and can do all things. Therefore, we are never alone. Sometimes I may feel I don’t know where my life is going. Sometimes I may not think I can make decisions. Sometimes I might actually experience confusion but in those times that is when I need to practice patience. For the greatest cargo’s in life come in over quiet seas as I think and meditate on him in prayer. It is in my alone moments when I realize the Father is truly with me. I turn over my concerns, and my thoughts to him and then I simply let go. Being alone is sweet. And is something we all need to look forward to at times. There are too many distractions and interruptions in life that cause us to loose our focus on the True One: God our Father.
Instead of thinking about how we are alone we need to tune in to a new channel in our thinking in our minds. We need to focus our attention and our thoughts on what we can do for others, how we can give to others, where we want to be tomorrow, next week, next year and what things we really want in our lives. This thinking then begins the cycle of possibilities and gives us a new song in our hearts. Instead of being or feeling lonely we focus on God’s goodness, his love and on how we can bring light, truth and freedom to ourselves and others. When we focus on these things then we can become truly thankful in our hearts. A thankful heart is a great heart. A grateful heart is an amazing heart and a believing heart is a heart of a champion. Which one do you want to be? How about all 3?
