According to the constitution’s first amendment we have the Freedom of Religion, Speech, Press, Assembly and Petition. This was proposed 9/25/1789 and ratified on 12/15/1791.
It states the following: Congress shall make no law respecting any religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for the redress of grievances.
I can exercise my religion and have the freedom to speak to the words of the bible. I have the right to peaceably assemble in the practice of my religion.
What is so confusing about this? I sincerely agree that all people have the choice of what lifestyle they will follow. I do not agree that anyone can prohibit me from my lifestyle as well.
There is not a day that somewhere, people or persons rave against religion and the Christian religion is the perfect example. In the are of homosexual and lesbian life styles, the Bible that I as a Christian follow, I cannot say that I believe that God condones either one. Again this lifestyles is not prohibited. Whether by choice or birth many people approve these lifestyles. But, they have no right to prohibit the speaking against of this lifestyle in our assemblies.
Romans 1:18-32, shows that God has not changed in his word against homosexual and lesbian lifestyles. Though no one to judge in regards to condemning anyone; God is the only one that determines who will be condemned. So while we may speak what the bible says, the authority of the bible rest in God the Father.
If a person believes these lifestyles are okay or right they have that right.
No one should be forced to agree or kept from speaking an alternate opinion. In conclusion, when we all (including the homosexuals/lesbians) pass away, we will have to deal with whatever comes. Our individual beliefs will be confirmed or denied at the conclusion of our lives. We (all those in the US) have the right to believe and speak what we believe. We have the right to peaceably assemble together based on mutual belief systems.

Very good, everyone have to make there own choices.
I completely agree, judge not lest ye be judge, well said.
