Veronica as she is called is not known to you until she decided to act like a soldier. She is proud, so common and nice to behold but has deep feelings for God and humanity. What she did was something unique that you may not even think of doing. She took a big risk of sharing pains and sorrows of the Son of Man (Jesus), in the midst of desperate soldiers.

Veronica cleaned the bloody face of Jesus showing love for her Redeemer without fearing the lions ever ready to devour. But she is no more since her time has passed. Jesus has since being resurrected from the dead. In the world where there are several wars and destructions, those who are Veronica are urgently needed to keeping helping Christ Jesus who feels same when we suffer. Remember, we all are one body and branches with Christ Jesus who is the True Vine.
