If, you write about the scriptures on any site that ask people questions you realize you might find some readers or some that will avoid the article all completely. Why you ask? Because they are afraid of answering a question that seek a personal opinion?
Remember many people is in a subconscious state of mind where you have to led them to certain chapters , or word in the bible to make them seems like they are connected to your subject. If you ask them in church you get all types, of congregation experts with an opinion on a subject. But meet the same folks out side church you’ll get a whole different type individual standing before you speaking.
I recently wrote a article about people wearing a cross because they are sincere or because they see it as a symbol representing Christ. And before you answer quickly you must understand if a cross was never built for the Lord Jesus his death was important, from the moment they hurt him with the violence they tossed, at him.
We see many churches with crosses criticize churches without crosses but there really no need when the strength , of who God and Jesus were and is still relevant in the scripture. Which we know is sermonized, by your favorite pastor, ministers, rabbi, bishop.
Even the best true worshiper gets intimidated, by the truth. Like knowing the answer to the question you ask a child when you know they lying you also see this in the scriptures. People gets frighten that the scriptures addresses everything that our world face daily.
Whether it was the writing or the writers of the bible or the inspiration, of God understand people don’t only panic during a earthquake, or storm or tornado but also, by the word. Somethings we ask and somethings we accept. That’s life.
