Eve Eating The Apple First Gave Men an Excuse to Blame

Men have always blamed women for all their problems. This is how I viewed what must of happened in the Garden of Eden.

I was thinking about this the other day when my husband was talking to someone and it seemed every thing that goes wrong in this world is all my fault. I heard a man not to long ago reply that “if Eve hadn’t ate that apple men’s lives would be so much simpler. It was like a lighting bolt hit me and I can see it all now. I can see Adam arguing to God to make his point that Eve being respondsible for cooking his meals somehow served it to him and he just wasn’t aware of it. It wasn’t until he found himself naked in the garden of Eden that he realized that Eve had deceived him. He might have tried to tell God that he accidentally ate it because she brought home a basket of fruit and he wasn’t paying attention and he took a bite before he knew what it was.

The blaming then like a snowball started gaining size and of course getting sent out from Eden that was Eve’s fault to. Losing Cain and Able that was Eve’s fault because even though she wasn’t there when it happened she had raised them. Probably not having no experience as a mother didn’t know what she was doing had no meaning then. I can hear it now, Adam screaming at her that she should have watched them better and this would not have happened. Of course the old thing about “if you hadn’t gave me that apple we wouldn’t be experiencing this now, so this is all your fault”.

Here’s how I see this thing with Eve, I figure that the serpent knew Eve was braver and liked a little excitement in her life and he appealed to that side of her. She took a bite out of the apple. Adam feeling kind of left out , after all, Eve took a bite ,and she was still alive.  God hadn’t punished her yet, so it must be OK, so he took his bite too. Suddenly a whole world of worldly stuff opened up and they knew not only that they had done something wrong ,but were aware of each others nakedness and sexuality. Suddenly Adam points his finger at Eve and screams “this is all your fault”. A tradition started and man has ever since blamed women for every mistake he makes.
