Jesus will comfort the comfortless. He is watching with the aim to help us.
God’s EYES are on you the Sparrow, even when you are hEavY hEarted, even if you think He dElaYEd and bEtraYEd you. Those who have obEYEd Him know that He stands sidE-bY-sidE with us (Disclaimer: This is not about the eye of Horus but the eyes of Jesus which are for us. Also, I am not responsible for any videos appearing on this page. Ignore especially the one about the Yogi).
2 Chron. 16:9 “For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him ….”
Psa. 33:18 “Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy.”
When Jesus wanted to comfort Martha because her brother had died, instead of saying “Be comforted” He went to the gravesite and said “Lazarus come forth.” “Come forth” was the comfort that she got. I imagine that both she and her sister Mary Magdalene were overjoyed.
God wants to help us not hurt us.
Jer 29:11 says “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”
Be thankful to God. Count your blessings and not your trials. Do not think about your load of problems. Think of your load of benefits. Psa. 68:19 says:
“ Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.”
Rest assured that whatever happens to us God can turn it into a blessing. Also rest assured that whatever happens to us it could have been worse.
We may have glaucoma but at least it is not a coma. We may be bedridden but at least we are not bullet-ridden. Perhaps we need to replace a valve for our car but at least we do not have to replace a valve in our heart. We may have lots of debts but al least it is not lots of deaths.
I long for the day when Jesus returns when He will make all things new. I look for new heavens and a new earth and walk in new streets in a new city called New Jerusalem and have a new voice to sing a new song and sit at the feet of Him that says “Behold I do a new thing (Isa. 43:19).”
God will wipe tears from the eyes of the faithful and obedient. There will be no sickness and death then. There will not be a rumor of a tumor. There will be no diagnosis or prognosis concerning acidosis, thrombosis, halitosis, cirrhosis, fibrosis, sclerosis, scoliosis, trichinosis and osteoporosis.
There will be no otitis, ostitis, colitis, arthritis, bronchitis, lymphitis, laryngitis, gingivitis, appendicitis, peridontitis and conjunctivitis. Old things will be no more. Even death will be dead! (Rev. 20:4).
Give your life to Jesus now and witness of His great goodness. You will find peace in trials, light in the darkness, water in the wilderness, food in drought, the promise of life in a better world even when dying. I know that when you serve God the benefits are literally out of this world. In Heaven we shall say “Free at last. Free at last!”
Are you prepared? Do you have your ticket to go to that blessed place? Give your life to Jesus without delaying before it is too late!
