God Knows All About Your Situation

Does God know you? Does God care about what you are going through? God has the best GPS system in place that even includes the future.

Many people wonder whether God sees their situation. Their experiences seem to get worse and worse and they feel that God overlooked them caring for the vast universe. They think that maybe they are not important enough to God for Him to notice. Dear reader, the God who takes care of the sparrows and cares for the grass that is here today and gone tomorrow, cares for you and will do what is best for you. You just need to follow Him and trust Him. Luke 12:7 says “But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.” Let us look at two incidents in the Bible that demonstrate that God has a Global Positioning System (GPS) that is second to none.

(1)   GOD  GIVES  DIRECTIONS  TO  ANANIAS  TO  FIND  PAUL (SAUL)

After Saul was converted, God appeared to Ananias in a vision and gave him directions to find Saul who was later called Paul. Note the preciseness of the details. Acts 9:10, 11 says:

“10 And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord.

11  And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth,

12  And hath seen in a vision a man named Ananias coming in, and putting his hand on him, that he might receive his sight.”

God gives Ananias these details:

(a)   Saul is from Tarsus – THE  PLACE  OF  HIS  BIRTH

(b)   Saul is staying by a man named Judas – GOD  KNOWS  WHO  ELSE  IS  IN  YOUR  HOUSE

(c)    Judas is living on Straight Street – GOD  KNOWS  WHAT  STREET  YOU  LIVE  ON.

(d)   Saul is praying at the moment – GOD  KNOWS  WHAT  YOU  ARE  DOING  RIGHT  NOW!

(e)   He has seen you (Ananias) in a vision coming to put your hands on Him so I can give him back his sight – GOD  KNOWS  YOUR  FUTURE

(2)   GOD  GIVES  DIRECTIONS  TO  CORNELIUS  TO  FIND  PETER.

Next door to Acts 9 is a similar chapter, chapter 10. Cornelius is given directions to find Peter.  Acts 10:32  says:

“Send therefore to Joppa, and call hither Simon, whose surname is Peter; he is lodged in the house of one Simon a tanner by the sea side: who, when he cometh, shall speak unto thee.”

The details that God gives to Cornelius are:

(a)   Simon lives in Joppa – GOD  KNOWS  YOUR  CITY.

(b)   His surname is Peter – GOD  KNOWS  YOUR  NAME  AND  SURNAME.

(c)    He is staying by another man named Simon – GOD  KNOWS  WHO  YOU  ARE  LIVING  BY.

(d)   That other Simon is a tanner by profession – GOD  KNOWS  THE  OCCUPATION  OF  THE  PERSON  YOU  ARE  LIVING  BY.

(e)   He is living by the seaside – GOD  KNOWS  WHERE  YOU  LIVE.

(f)     He will come and speak to you – GOD  KNOWS  WHAT  YOU  WILL DO  IN  EVERY  SITUATION  IN  THE  FUTURE.

The following are Bible texts that show that God is always there for us and knows everything about each one of us individually:

Isa 43:1 “But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.”

Psa. 139:2-4 says:

“2  Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.

3  Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.

4  For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether.”

God knows all about your situation. Isa. 49 16 says “Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.”

The previous verse, Isa 49:15, says “Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.”

Yes, God underSTANDS your SITuation. He will not just lend an ear but a hand.

Psalm 139 is one of my absolute favorites. Love the way you broke down each section in the story of God connecting those individuals to demonstrate his absolute knowledge and complete control over all. Great share!
