Published by I came across the above quote earlier tonight and I could not agree more with Will. God knows what is in the Best interest of we, His Children. Dear All, scripture plainly tells us “Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD”. His statutes are righteous, and Jesus told Us, “If you Love Me, Keep my commandments”. A Nation and a people cannot live in rebellion against the Almighty and still expect His Blessings.
That is just a stone cold fact.
I would like at this point to share with you all a verse of scripture that sums it up well.
“The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD, But the prayer of the upright is His delight.” Proverbs 15:8.
Many people wonder why this country is so troubled these days, and it’s because many in this nation refuse to keep the Lord’s commandments. Daily babies are being Massacred in the name of “freedom of choice”. Pornography and fornication saturate the “entertainment” industry, many times men are abusing their wives instead of Loving them as God intended.
How can people stamp on God’s statutes and then wonder why there is so much trouble? God is not mocked.
Dear readers, you want the solution to our woes as a nation? You want to know the remedy for our turmoils?
God tells us clearly in 2 Chronicles 7:14
”If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
