Dear readers,
Today I wanted to talk to you all about some things that have been on my mind. There is a friend of mine that claims not to believe in God, my question is why do some people choose to think that we somehow came about By chance? If you see a creation, it’s only rational to believe in the Creator. Many times I’ve written letters to atheists asking them why they do not believe in God.
Atheism makes no sense at all, I’ve stated before I do not hate atheists but I am concerned about their souls. My friends if I did not care about you, then I would not even bother telling you about the Lord. However, because I do care about you all, I want you all to know about the love of God.
God gives ample evidence for his existence, just look around with an open heart and you will see it. When I look at the beauty in nature, when I feel the love emanating from friends and family, my faith is strengthened. One of my friends the other day mentioned a question I thought was profound.
How much creativity must it have taken to create unique fingerprints for billions of people.
Romans one and 20 says
“For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse”
Mothers, when you look at a beautiful newborn child, how can you NOT see God’s Glory shining in their eyes?Men when you look at your wife, can you not see she is a Gift from God? and Women when you see your husband can you not see He is a gift from God to you as well?
Love Each other, God Loves You….and to skeptics (and my friend Jamie, who also claims to be a skeptic) I will pray for you all. May you all know God’s Love, and just like Paul and ”Doubting Thomas” may God reveal Himself to you.

What I don’t understand is how someone who has rejected God and Christianity can then go on to make up their own religion and expect us to consider their belief system as just as valid as what we believe. I think it could be because they do not understand enough about Christianity to recognize Christ’s teachings when we explain them, so they think each of us is just making it up.
Another great article, John. I’m glad you reconsidered early retirement.
