Morning till evening, we are always busy working, doing things for others and also taking care of ourselves. Truly, we are living in a very busy world wherein each one of us have to manage ourselves and others. We are living in a social network and we are expected to greet and meet people every now and then for different purposes. This is very good because we make new friends, relatives and we grow in our reputation.
But have we ever thought about our creator? Our creator is watching us from heaven above and he knows each and every activity of our life. He appreciates all our honest works. But God’s greatest wish is that we spend our time with him in prayer. God waits patiently for the hour of prayer when he can listen to our words.
God wants us to communicate with him. He wants us to tell him all about ourselves and he does not like when we hide our facts of life. Why not today we make a resolution that we will spend at 5 – 10 minutes in prayer every day. By spending time in prayer, we are doing good to ourselves as God’s hand prevails on us guarding us all the time in all our works.
We must also remember that by spending time in prayer, we are bringing blessings on our family and this is forever. God blesses those who are honest and sincere with him. So, why not we make a decision to day that we will be regular in conversation with our creator.
