Worship no one, he is a selfish God and he expects us to be obedient to him! Correct? Well why is it that in the Roman Catholic Church, and perhaps other churches as well, they have Saints and Patron in which they pray to. I have not read the entire Bible from front to cover, but I have read and heard those word many times in my life.
Yet we pray to Mary to interceded on our behalf to help us to get into heaven, we pray to St. Anthony, St. Teresa, St. Patrick, my goodness the list is endless. Yet God himself in his Ten Commandments states very clear in the first and second, that we shall pray only to him.

If you read Exodus 20: 2-7
He simply states I am the Lord your God, that you pray only to him, you shall not make yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above, in the waters below. He states you shall not bow down to any other and yet we pray, or kneel when we are in church praying to different Saints.
God also states that he is a jealous god, sin and he will punish your families three or four generation deep, obey his words and worship as he has spoken and he will reward your family for thousands of generation. You see here that his jealousy is deep rooted, do good and he will be there for you forever, sin and he will turn his back on you, of course if you repent and accept Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior, he will welcome harms.
For me as a true Catholic, I pray to The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit, because that is what God has instructed us to do.

He instructs me in all my ways. Love it!
All you have to do is put your prayer in Jesus name and you will find you have God’s phone number.
Great message. We ought to love God with all our heart, soul and mind.
I really liked your article. I always pray to God too. I know he won’t fail me.
Jesus is the one and only Intercessor (Heb. 7:24-26 http://tinyurl.com/ye6lb74). Unfortunately, the Catholic church has decided to put the authority of man (the Pope, church tradition, etc.) ahead of the Authority of the Bible (thus the Reformation).
