Homosexuality is not inborn.
It is self-made which developed gradually through peers who live in the same environment.
The upbringing of the family is also part of the blame and indignation.
Perhaps, the parents lack of disciplining and guiding the child to be straight and not to be swayed with evil and lust that the world can offer.
Like other violations of the law of chastity, homosexual behavior is a serious sin.
Most of the modern-day prophets have spoken about the perils of homosexual behavior and about the church’s concern for people who may have such inclinations.
There are a lot of straight reminders that help you excogitate about your self-identity crisis and unusual behaviors, and how you wield over your inclinations which are so powerful and which may be difficult to control.

Homosexuality has gone from being once classed as a mental illness to being regarded as either a sin or an acceptable variation of human behavior. Whatever your view, research in this area points to a biological origin for homosexual behavior. There is, as yet, no scientific proof that homosexual behavior is inherited. No magic gene or hard-wiring has been found to predict the behavior. Simply stated, people aren’t born that way.
The best and most authoritative studies of same-sex attractions and homosexual behavior point to three contributing elements: biological, environmental factors and personal choices. The biological make-up of a person may predispose him or her to favor or reject certain lifestyles. Predisposition is a contributing factor, not a cause. The environment during development may support any predisposition or discourage any expressions of same-sex attractions. There are many elements within the environment influencing behavior, but the third factor has to be considered and that is personal choices. Even though a person may have been seduced or forced into a homosexual experience, there are a series of personal choices along the way that contribute to adopting or rejecting a lifestyle of homosexuality or heterosexuality or a life of celibacy.
More recent theories to account for homosexuality have included those based on biological and sociological factors.Chromosomal studies attempting to isolate genetic factors, which might indicate an inborn predisposition to a sexual orientation, have been suggestive but not conclusive.Brain studies done as part of autopsies cannot differentiate shape what was an innate part of the brain from ways in which the brain was affected during life by the brain-body connection.
Some social theories hold that homosexual behavior can be an adaptive response to a certain situations. While theories can offer explanations about why homosexuality occurs in some situations,to date their are no conclusive general theories that can explain the causation of homosexuality.
Yes, homosexuality is not inborn. It is stated clearly in the Bible that in the beginning God made only a male and a female, never a twisted gender of both. In the Old Testament, it is an abomination in the sight of the Lord and sometimes, even great cities are destroyed upon considering this kind of practices. Even in the New Testament, it is still a disgrace for the Lord up to the present.
Homosexuality starts upon influence; maybe when they were still a kid upon television or environment or maybe when they were already adolescents and they have been influenced by their peers. Either ways, these will never glorify the Lord. We are made by our Creator as an intellectual being with reasons to know the right from wrong. They knew it was wrong. Soon they will be reaping their own destruction which they have planted on their days of judgement.

Homosexuality usually starts in the “bloom of youth”, according to several observations. No one is born homosexual. One is influenced by the different factors in the environment affecting his or her lifestyle.
It is sad to think that many people today think of homosexuality as nothing more than an alternative lifestyle. It is best to consider the Bible\’s view point on homosexuality.
As written in the Bible, God strongly condemns certain types of conduct, including homosexuality. God created the first humans to be man and woman, and designed them according to their own gender. Choosing to be homosexual is clearly a sin to God, for you are showing him that you are ungrateful to what He has given to you.

Humans are shaped by their environment and their genetics. Scientific researchers who specialize in human sexuality have shown that homosexuality is linked to biology and genetics, so it is at least partially hereditary.
Homosexuality is not “caused” by a choice. Some heterosexual men choose to engage in homosexual encounters and then go back to their wives and the enjoyment of a heterosexual sex. The young man who serviced their needs in some public washroom simply shakes his head in wonder that such a thing is possible, for he cannot conceive of such a choice. Several of my homosexual friends have acknowledged that they know men who have chosen to engage in same-gender sex exclusively — and thus appeared to “become” homosexual. But this is not the case for the majority. In fact, not a few gay people are somewhat judgmental of those they call “bisexual” — people who can relate sexually to either gender and enjoy it.
Most people discover they are gay rather than choosing it. As such, it is very difficult to “convert” to heterosexuality. It requires going against who you are.One reason why conversion might be so difficult is that the brains of gays may be different from their straight counterparts. For example, a couple of studies have been done that show that the brains of gay people are different than those of straight people. And that gay people respond to pheromones differently than straight people. This isn’t surprising, sexual attraction resides in the brain. But where do these changes come from? Are they destined by genes, is it something in the environment or a combination of the two?
The best evidence points to the environment and genes both playing a role.
On the religious side of things, particularly from a literal (i.e. fundamentalist) Christianity view, homosexuality is a sin, and therefore those who ‘practice’ it will not go to heaven. The Bible says something about homosexuals not being able to enter the Kingdom of God because they’re gay.
However, there are a lot of Christians who interpret the Bible differently. A lot of these scriptures about homosexuality is in the Old Testament, and there were laws such as stoning your child to death if they disobeyed you (as a parent). So these people might think that the Old Testament includes a lot of rules that we don’t follow today in the 21st Century.
We have to remember that the Bible was not written in original English, and was written by man. In my OWN personal view, it would be foolish to assume that every single word in the Bible is true, especially as there was a totally different society thousands of years ago. Plus, there are hundreds of different versions and interpretations of the Bible. (KJV, NIV, CEV, etc).
That’s your own opinion that you think that homosexuality is ‘acquired.’ Being homosexual myself, I disagree. Homosexuality has been around since the beginning of time – not in humans too, but in almost pretty much every species that exist in this world. It is widely believed, especially by medical councils all over the Western world, that homosexuality is not something you catch from other people/disease/medical problem.
The American Psychiatric Association (a very reputable organization) has made a statement that homosexuality is not a mental illness.
I just wanted to point out what you wrote “..for a person who is like that.” Being homosexual doesn’t define a person. I also wanted to point out that what you’ve written can be considered offensive to other people.
Homosexuality are definitely not in born, because according to the Holy Bible God created only woman and man, not a homosexual.
Maybe this person is influenced by his society. Or if we based on science study it affects also in food we take.
That\’s why we can see there/s a lot of homosexual, but others they let it happen to their selves become homosexual.

Homosexuality are definitely not in born, because according to the Holy Bible God created only woman and man, not a homosexual. But on they other side, for me homosexuality is inborn.Maybe because some parents want to correct their gender but they remain of what they are for example the gays and the lesbians. As what i’ve heared some of them since birth they are just like that.
50. of course not! it just happen that it spread because some people embrace that practice.
No one knows for sure but in my mind its probably something that varies greatly with the individual. Many are born gay or bi for whatever cause of that and there are a few who are so open minded they can get kind of bisexual although they arent really bisexual they just created a bisexual fetish for themselves. There is the rare cases of someone turning that way from trauma but I dont consider them to be actually gay and its not a problem they are as long as they get therapy for whatever hurt them for that last scenario so they can make up their minds on what they want. Yet generally the vast majority choose it, they just think it happens straight from birth. For whatever reason a political agenda has been tied into if they are born that way or choose it. I honestly dont think it makes a real difference on how they should be treated as long as they don’t interfere on others business.

For the most common terms for homosexual people are lesbian for women and gay for men, though gay is also used to refer generally to homosexual men and women. The number of people who identify as gay or lesbian—and the proportion of people who have same-sex sexual experiences—are difficult for researchers to estimate reliably for a variety of reasons.[6] In the modern West, according to major studies, 2% to 13% of the population is homosexual or has had some form of same-sex sexual contact within his or her.
