It Scared Me

If you read the Bible, and go to a christian church over time you start to realize that while God is a loving father; he is firm. We see that in his actions in the old testament, and we see in the last book; the book of Revelations. The road to heaven is not an easy journey!

It Scared Me

If you read the Bible, or go to church, there are so many powerful messages in the scriptures that they are quite to scares me.

It makes one stop and think about their journey through life, the things we do, the people we meet, and how we treat others. We are all one family and how we interact, and partake in each other’s lives will have a tremendous impact toward the end of each day, at the end of our life. The journey at times may seem long and tiresome, with many decisions to make and lives to be influenced; but in actuality our life is very short, so it is very important to leave a legacy for our children, and grandchild, our nieces and nephew. We need to leave them a “road map” teach them right and wrong, to believe in the Lord and listen for his call, some calls are obvious while others will require some thinking, but if in the end all is well; your memory will live on in many hearts that surrounded you here in this world.

The choices we make today will definitely have an influence on our tomorrow; how we journey through life determines whether we sit and come fact to face with our Lord Jesus Christ, or we spend all eternity in Hell!

The Bible tells us the passage to heaven in narrow, and only a few will make it through, as the heaven and earth come together; as for the sinners, there will be nothing but torture and fire.

Very insightful piece. I like what you said about God being a firm father, he is. I once heard a pastor tell his church that yes God does answer all prayers but sometimes the answer is no.

You have relayed a powerful message. I agree, one must live right not only in the sight of their love ones and friends but specially before God.
