Don’t get on a pill, learn to face your fears!
Are you hurting or living in fear? we all have things that we fear. Allowing fear to rule your heart will hinder your future.
Above all else you must know that your father in heaven loves you so much and He wants you to live a happy life. You don’t have to live a life of fear anymore. Please take time to pray at the end of this blog. I know it will help you.
We must learn how to deal with our fears with the Word of God. Taking a pill only gives you an allusion that you’re OK. But when you face your fears God’s way you gain true and lasting victory.
I agree you can’t handle life alone , I know I can’t nor can you.
Learn to face your fears.
You can face your fears by facing the fact that you have those fears and naming them one by one. Don’t live in denial. Learn to recognize your fears and make a decision that you will not run away.
You might be afraid of cancer, death, losing a job, losing your home, losing a loved one, losing a friend, losing your money, fear of failure.

Philippians 4:6 -8

Think on these things. Your mind is the battle ground.
The peace of God is yours if you will learn to cast your care on Him. Learn to trust Him.
He did not tell us to hand Him our cares , He said cast your care upon me. Completely let go and let God.
The peace of God will protect you.
step one: Pray: cast your care on the Lord for He cares for you.
Imagine heaven moving on your behalf. Wow what a gift we have an open line to heaven. t
Step two: Be thankful count your blessings, thank God for your salvation, began to thank Him and name them one by one and fear began to leave your heart.
Get under the authority of Jesus Christ, let Him become the ruler of your life , mind and heart.

Putting an end to reasoning, and every high thing which is lifted up against the knowledge of God, and causing every thought to come under the authority of Christ;Make Christ number one in your life and He will take care of the rest. Jesus said seek ye first the kingdom of God and all these things shall be added unto you. Vs 5 causing every thought to come under the authority of Christ. Pray this prayer with me: Father I thank you that I don’t have to live in fear anymore. I give you every fear in my life. (name them right now before God.) I give you my fears and my worries. I also give you my heart and my mind and my whole life. I know I can’t know the future but I can know you, who holds my future. I submit my mind and my heart to you.I no longer want to live in fear. Take control of my life right now . I thank you for loving me and I know if I seek you first you will take care of the rest. So I no longer want to be in control of my life. I give you full control.
