Published by My Savior, Lord God.
He brings me up when I’m down.
He makes me smile instead of frown.
He is my father looking down on me,
And protects me from his arch’ enemy.
With hawk like eyes watching as years pass by,
With his guardian angels shielding me from danger,
The devil below is so filled with anger.
Knowing that God’s son Jesus died on the cross to forgive all my sins.
When it comes to the test my good side will always win.
My troubles scare me therefore I repent.
Praying to my heavenly father, my message has been sent.
I feel safer when he’s there for me, even when I’m mad.
Because I’ll always look up to him, and say I love you Dad.
