Lasting peace to heart and mind comes only and only from the remembrance of Allah. There is no other way. Money, success, love, hope can all bring Peace and happiness, but onlyfor a while. True peace and calmness to the soul only comes from saying the words “thank you” “sorry” “please guide me and help me” to the One who has created you. Who has craved your features and made you unique in your body, soul, heart, mind and spirit.
People who are the saddest and most depressed around us are not the ones with the most problems in their lives. They are that way because they have weak minds and unhappy souls.
Ask yourself one question today, When was the last time you sat down and thought of, remembered or thanked your Creator?? ….
The One who has
blessed you with countless things to survive, Has control over everything in your life. Who makes you smile and makes you cry.Is the only one with you,when you are going through the worst. Makes you believe, Lets you hope. Who has given you the ability to differentiat between Right and Wrong. He was there, before your birth , AND Will be there with you, after your death.
Cares for you, more than anyone can ever care.
So,do you recall when was the last time ? OR, you Can’t rememeber??…… And then we say that we feel lost and shallow in our being.
The truth is, We don’t ponder, …. we don’t try to understand … we never are truthful to ourselves, ….. we don’t listen to our hearts and minds… simply because we don’t have for time for it. May be its worth spending some time in rememberance of the Creator,to make the best of our remaining time in life.
Just quietly remembering and thanking Allah Almighty, the Creator, the blesser will bring surprising peace and calm to your soul which you would have never expected. The reason simply being that it is a truth, a reality to your soul. Embrace the truth, because only Truth can bring peace to the heart.
It will strengthen you and help you in life in every way. Help you to walk through your toughest times. But the important thing is to do it regularly, so you are always connected to your Lord, your Creator, all the time and never alone.

What you believe depends on where you were born and what you were introduced to. You bond with it so that you believe you have found the ultimate truth. Instead of seeing the universe the way it really is objectively, your mind has been taught and encouraged to view it in an artificial and special way which has become dear to your heart. When the thought(Adam) becomes merged with (imagination) then the forbidden fruit of mysticism and superstition covers the whole of reality.
