Remember that every human being deserves respect, whatever you think of them.
Earning the respect of others isn’t as important as keeping your respect of them. No matter what they do or say, who they are or prove to be, giving respect to others is our responsibility. At the same time, receiving respect from others is our privilege and right.
Satan, basically, is the ultimate force that sways people to disrespect. So stand firm and don’t let him use you in his evil schemes.
Privacy is not supposed to be violated, but in many circumstances, it is. Video scandals containing sensitive and supposedly private material has wormed its way into media, especially the Internet. People seem to have no sense of honor or integrity. They forget that everybody has the right to privacy, from CEOs to janitors, movie stars and ordinary folk, good and bad guys alike. Remember the Golden Rule? “Do unto others what you would have them do to you.” This applies to the principle of respect. Honor other people’s right to privacy, and they will honor yours, under normal and sane circumstances. Violators of that simple rule have no right to feel insulted if they had been violated, for they have only taken a dose of their own poison.
Elements of disrespect can be as simple as stealing, or as complicated as hacking. Or maybe it’s the other way around…?
Christians, we hope, can be and will be mature enough not to get themselves involved in such devilish and inhumane plots against there fellowmen. However, we see that there is no guarantee that a believer’s identity in Christ is enough to preserve him from such things and keep him innocent, for it is up to him to make the CHOICE.
Trust may be another thing, but as in respect, keeping it is better than losing it and then trying to earn it again. Because unlike respect, it is not one’s right to demand it, neither it is the other’s responsibility to fulfill for another.
We live in a world that’s twisted and so corrupted that it is hard to believe there is good in others. There is still hope, as long as we ourselves believe that there is enough good in us that can make a difference. Scarce as good may seem, I believe that for every scheming liar, there are those few who have chosen to make a difference in the world by being the difference it needs.

Great job, vanacairel! Respect is a very big issue and a very important one. It is essential to define what exactly is respect and how we should respect other people. Keep up the good work!
