Recommended level to start training range at this location would be 60 +
Grab yourself the highest level ranged gear you can and stock up on as many arrows and prayer potions as you can afford.
Also, you will need to wield either a Saradomin or Zamorak item, mitre is most recommended
FOR MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY use a bonecrusher with the twisted bird necklace, this can extend your trip to up to 6 hours!
Fill your inventory with a bonecrusher if you have, if not replace with a piece of food, a bandit camp tele, 4 ranged potions and 21 prayer potions ( In case you get a good loot )
Teleport to bandit camp wielding your saradomin or zamorak god item, put on protect from melee and run to the room full of bandits, if it’s full then hop worlds.
Simply camp and change tabs, going back every once and again to check your prayer levels or if you’ve received a random event.
