Published by Thomas who is known as the “twin” or Didymus is one of the apostle of Jesus. Some know this saint because of not believing the resurrection of Jesus. Some knew that he is the only witness of the assumption of Mary.
But just being an ordinary man, not a religious one. Do we notice how he can affect our lives?
Most of all will say not. Why? Because they don’t care who is he and how do he knows Jesus.
He is “twin” but no one can barely say who is his twin. For me, his twin is us. You, me and all of us. Why did I say this? It is because most of us “disbelieve” Jesus in one way or another.
He just not disbelieve. He is very courageous because during the times that the apostles hide themselves because they think they will be killed by those who decide to crucify Jesus, only Thomas showed himself and did not hide himself to the Jews. Even he doubted Jesus, he showed that we shall continue our lives even someone died in our family or in our community.
