Matthew 8:18-22(New Life Testament)

Man, have no home of my own, not even a place to lay my head”
[21]Another of his disciples said, “Lord, first let me return home and bury my father.”

Now in no bible does it state whose disciple wanted to stay behind to bury his father so I follow Jesus without making excuses and that there is no better time than the present to disciple it good to lead others on the same path that you are on with Jesus Christ.
Now I do not ever claim to be a perfect disciple in Christ sometimes we all fall into sin will forgive you. truth of Jesus christ and The Holy Bible that they will be Blessed money wise, spiritually that Israel will have peace and that all Jew or Gentile be blessed through Jesus Christ

This is to correct missing pats of this post and to make it make better sense read this also!
Matthew 8:22|(NLT)
[22] But Jesus told him, “Follow me now!Let those who are spiritually dead care for their own dead.
Somehow I forgot to add this part I thought I’d try this from the New Life Testament view.
8:22 passages whether it be from KJV,NKJV,NIV,NLt describes a follower whose father died before he wanted to follow Jesus around he wanted to bury his father.
Now in no bible does it state whose disciple wanted to stay behind to bury his father so I can’t say which one of the 12 it was.But the passage is trying to say follow Jesus without making excuses.
And that there is no better time than the present to disciple it good to lead others on the same path that you are on with Jesus Christ.
Sorry about the mistakes I made but Forgive me I am not perfect in Christ yet but soon pray to be.
If you Dislike the New Life Testamennt and can not understand it then let me know and I will go back to the New King James Bible Text if you think it is more understandable tell me which version you like NKJV(New King James Version) or NLT(New Life Testament)Bible.I will Publish in the Bible Version you like execpt NIV(New International Version.
Thankyou.

I beg to differ, you are perfect in Christ…it’s only when you are “out of Christ” that you (we all) are imperfect. His blood covers all our imperfections
actually we aren’t perfect. Jesus is perfect. we strive to reach that level but we never do till we go to Heaven.
All of us have fallen and continue falling short of the glory of God.
Even Paul himself, regardless of his many exploits for Christ conceded that he was imperfect.
Only Christ is perfect. He however accepts us with our imperfections if we are willing to repent.
He looks at the heart.
