Some people think that he that sat on the white horse is Christ in Rev. 6, but when you read Rev. 19:11, you will read about another white horse and he that sat on him. (Rev. 6:2) …..and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer. In Rev. 19:11, the one that sat on a white horse seems like the returning of Christ. He that sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. Verse 12 tells you that his eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. Verse 13 tells you that he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. I know that the rider in Rev. 19 is Christ. Could the rider in Rev. 6 be a false Christ? The rider in Rev. 6 sounds more like an Antichrist to me. He seems to represent a false peace.
The red horse comes right behind the white horse in Rev. 6. The rider on the red horse was given power to take peace from the earth (Rev. 6:4). No one can take what Jesus will bring.
(Rev. 6:5) Then a black horse came after the red horse in John’s vision. He that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. John heard a voice say, “A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.” This rider represents famine.
(Rev. 6:8) And the last horse that came after the black horse was a pale horse. He that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed after him. After the white horse, things seem to get worse.
Matt. 24:24 tells us that there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. 2 Cor. 11 tells us in verse 13, “For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.” Verse 14 tells us, “And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.”

Dan 8:25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand. Also see Dan. 11:21-23.
I like this content. The analysis portion of my KJV bible describes the four horsemen of John’s revelation in ch. 6 under Trials and Persecution to come or to be endured; and ch. 19:11 is specifically under the heading Jesus Christ and His Divinity as Lord. As you have noted above, I believe the message of John’s revelation is premised or based on the actual prophecy and gospel as foretold elsewhere in the Word.
I know that you read your Bible. See, it is easier to communicate with you because you understand. It is very hard for me to communicate with those that don’t have the right Bible knowledge. Some people have really been upset with me in some community sites. You believe in God too. That is a plus.
I believe in God but I am not a Bible scholar. However, I did find this interesting.
I’m glad you believe in God. I don’t know everything there is to know about the Bible. But the things that I do know comes from God that gives me the understanding. I use to cry because I couldn’t understand the Bible. One day, God opened up my mind to understand.
im not really religious, but i just love chaptr 6 of rev, the four horsemen are so awsome!
Hi deathonthepalehorse. It’s good that you have some interest in the Bible story. But when these things come to past, they will not be awesome.
