Is how the news and media is just full of nothing but War, Bombings, Rapine’s ,Child Abuses, Child Abductions, Fires, Flooding. I think one of many problems is our Media and Entertainment we are just bomb bar-ted with all this negativity on a never ending daily basses. I think the media should have a little more balance with some good positive stories as well because negativity breeds negativity. We also have a problem with Entertainment. Movies are way to graphic with all the blood and gore now days. Man if i watched one of today’s movies back when i was a kid i would probably have never slept at night again. Then you have got the games that kids like to play some of theses are just as bad as the movies. Music this has a great influence on people. But Gangster-rap and music of this kind i would not let my children listen to watch or buy. All theses things believe it or not are brain washing and in effect killing our kids. Then you have got the Government stepping into our schools and home lives. I bring this up Because i think it was wrong to separate church and state and remove Preying from schools and the pledge of elegance i think that this opened up a proverbial Pandora’s box. This country was founded as One Nation Under God and even our Currency has on it In God We Trust. This was done because a few people did not like it that their kids might have to pray in school. I would rather have my kids pray in school then be shot or blown up because of some other kid was misguided in his short life. Spar The Rod Spoil The Child. Yep gone now days if you smack your misbehaving child’s bottom in public you may be going to jail before you get to the check out line. Every year the government is taken away our rights on how to raise our children and in-powering them.
The Lost Children
What is happing with our children in this country now days. Our children are being killed physically and mentaly. Our children are killing other children on our streets in places all over the united states and going into Schools and killing teachers as well as other classmates, plotting crimes and killing there own families as well. In the old days when I went to school this did not happen. If you had a beef with someone it was taken care of with a fat lip, black eye, or a broken nose but you would not bring a gun to school and start killing everybody in sight or kill them because they picked on you or think about blowing them up. Something has gone wrong with our childrenand the way they are growing up in this country now days. I think that there are a few things that are contributing to it.

I agree with your points. This new world is much more dangerous than it was a generation or two ago.
Taking prayer out of schools started when we took prayer out of our homes. I don’t think we can just blame the governmnent. Each individual choice, every family situation – we think only affects ourselves, but all of us together make society. When individuals stopped believing in God, they stopped taking their children to church, and one person and one family at a time we became a secular society.
