God has a plan. Selena will be singing a new song. If Selena is in heaven, which I do believe she is, she has a new name. It all seems sad how Selena left us, but we don’t know everything that God has got in store for us. We must only trust him that we will all be together soon. It may be sooner than we think.
Maybe it was Selena that helped some of her fans to change for the better, and Christ may have been hidden in her gift and smile. Don’t be surprised if you think you see Selena or hear her voice. We are now living in the last days, and there is a spirit world out there. If there is anything that you seek, seek it through God who created the world. The Lord once said to me that there are many things we know not. There are many things in this life that we have and don’t know that we have. God will share his secrets with you if you seek him first. (Jeremiah 33:3) God said, Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.
It is said that a woman has never made it big like men in the music business and it was happening to Selena. Was it impossible because it never happened? There is always a first time isn’t it? The Bible tells us that all things are possible to him that believeth (St. Mark 9:23). We will probably see many great things happen on earth before judgment day if we are alive to see. There will be good things and there will be bad things. Some of us say that we never see anything, and there are a lot of us that do not believe in miracles. If you do not believe, how will you see? If you believe in God, then you should believe in miracles. Many of you mourn for Selena. Some of us wish to see her again right now. The Bible tells us how Jesus rose up the dead. He has not changed. The Bible also said that we have not because we ask not (James 4:2). Jesus said, If we shall say unto the mountain be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done (Matt. 21:21). And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive (22). Study God’s word, keep his commandments, and he just might grant you your wish. Whatever you ask him, pray that it will be in his will.
We hear the word and read the word, but do we know and understand what we read and hear of his word? God’s word lives and everything that he has for us. He will give you anything if you serve him. Only believe and trust in God. We do not call him God for nothing. He has great power and he is almighty. Yes, Selena is gone now, but remember, nothing is impossible with God. Is Selena really gone? Do you believe that she is in a better place? If Selena is in heaven, she’s now with the master. If she is in heaven, I’m sure she has great faith. We ought to have great faith too, though we have never seen God. Blessed are those that have never seen, and yet have believed (John 20:29). The more you know about God, the more you can see. Learn about God. Do it for your own soul. Do it for God. Do it for Selena if you love her and want to see her again.
