We all know the story of Jesus and the mother who gave him life. She loved him unconditionally. She proved it by staying beside him on the cross weeping for he had to suffer.

All people today should think about this every time they think about disrespecting their mothers. Mothers are the truest gift of love that could ever be given to us.

Mothers cook and clean all day plus maybe have a job of their own. Why not give our mothers a helping hand today. Tell her you’ll do the dishes and start a load of laundry while she enjoys a cup of tea.

You’ll only have your mother once. Don’t take her life for granted. She may just be gone tomorrow. Give her a smile, your loving warm heart. Now that’s what a mother needs to help carry on her many chores for the day. God has blessed us with mothers. Let us give thanks.

Touching article. Tears well in my eyes. We don’t have time or patience for the beings who gave their time, patience and everything for us.

Some sweet thoughts. Today is my birthday and my kids brought me breakfast in bed. My youngest daughter wrote me a card to say thanks for raising her to be a good girl. Some kids *are* thankful to their mums. I’m so blessed that mine are.
