What is vitamin F? Forgive + Forget +Fear not= vitamin F.
We all need to take this vitamin. Jesus said in Matthew 6:14
For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
We need to forgive and forget our past hurts. If you don’t forgive others, God will not forgive you. With the same forgiveness you measure for others it will be measured back to you.
We need to forget past pleasures, It’s hard to forget forbidden pleasures.
We can admit that sin can be a lot of fun. But it bites every time. It hurts you and it hurts people around you. It hurts people who love you most.
We must forget past Debts, If someone has not paid you your money back in seven years, forget it. Let it go, forgive and forget it.
Forget past failures, Don’t let your past failures determine the outcome of your life. Failures can not stop you but quitting and fear of failure does.
Forget past successes, This is a new day. Forget past successes and focus on new goals and a new vision for your life. God doesn’t want you to just remember the past successes, He wants you to have new ones.
Forget past loves, That is a hard one for many people. Let go. God will help you. One way to forget past loves. Is to pray for that person. Let go and let God. Give Him complete charge of your heart.
Fear not, Don’t be afraid to love people again. It’s fact of life. When you love people you are making yourself vulnerable to hurt. But it’s a chance that you have to take and realise that people will let you down, But God will never let you down. So love people not based on anything they do or not do for you. Make it your goal to love people unconditionally
Pray this prayer with me, Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ. I ask you to forgive me for holding grudges and allowing bitterness to grow in my heart. I ask you right now to cleans me of all that hatred and help me to love all people . I forgive all the people that I love who have hurt me the most. I give you complete control of my heart and ask you to fill me with love, peace and joy. Give me a vision for my life and help me not to focus on my past. Give me spiritual eyes to see the good in all people and eyes that will keep you first in my life. I love you Father and I want to live a life that will honor you in my home at my work and most of all a life that will leave a lasting touch in peoples lives. I give you all. Nothing in this world will keep me from loving and serving you. I thank you for forgiving me of all my sins and I forgive people of all the wrong things they have done to me. Thank you for sending Jesus Christ to die for my sins. Because what He has done for me I can be free today.
