Published by Remember the story of “the flood” when God told Noah to build an Ark and to preach to the people of the earth about the coming judgment so they would repent and escape the judgment that was to come upon the whole earth.
Because the people of the earth did not believe the preaching of Noah and they had never experience rain before, they did not believe anything Noah had to say to them.
After Preaching for 120 years, God told Noah to take his family of Seven and a pair of every animal upon the earth and put them in the Ark. After the last Animal entered the ark, God closed the door and it began to rain. When the water was getting really high, the people began to cry out to Noah; “Noah, Noah, open the door for us!” They cried but Noah responded “Sorry, not I who closed the door but God himself.” There was no way for them to get inside the Ark. They all perish in the flood.
Take a lesson from this story; today the holy spirit of God is speaking loudly through Christian believers but many are still rebelling against the true messengers of God. If people don’t take these words seriously, they will perish forever and it will be too late for them to change their minds.
Today is the day of Salvation, if anyone hears the Holy Spirit of God tugging at their hearts, they should open their hearts and invite Christ to come in and be their Savior so the great Judgment of God will not touch them.
Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life; no one goes to the father but by me.” Many think that they will go to heaven by being good when the truth is that no one is good or can be good enough. If Jesus is not invited into one’s heart, he/she will perish forever! Don’t let it happen to you. Say a simple prayer by asking Jesus to come into your life but first ask him to forgive you and to become your Savior.
