As we all know that the Holy month of Ramadan has been started all over the world and every Muslim whether he is White or Black, Asian or Western is fasting in this holy month to pay tribute to his Almighty Allah. In Ramadan a Muslim has to say his prayers five times a day, read the Holy Book Quran and does every noble thing that may oblige his God.

The basic procedure of fasting in this month involves two steps.

First waking up before the dawn and eating something, before the dawn breaks. (SEHREE).

Second at the time of sunset in evening, they have to break their fast by eating something.(AFTAREE).

In between these two intervals the Muslims are not allowed to eat and drink.

Some diet tips that might be helpful in Sehree and Aftaree are as follows:

  1. Avoid fatty foods.
  2. Avoid oily foods.
  3. Drink many juices and water in evening instead of heavy beverages.
  4. Carbohydrates that are complex should be used in the morning so that the stomach will be filled for longer and a person will feel energetic and strong.
  5. Fruits should be taken in a maximum quantity to avoid acidity.
  6. In order to avoid constipation food rich in fiber should be used and plenty of water should be taken to maintain the fluid level system in the body.
  7. Over eating should be avoided between Sehree and Aftaree.
  8. To maintain an ideal weight during Ramadan a 30 minute walk should be done after Aftaree to digest the heavy foods.

Thank you for this great sharing of this. How much time did it cause you to create such a online site? Did you pay people to do it? Do you know that Alexa bar is a wonderful plugin to measure the popularity of your website. You may want to check it out when you have time. Cheers!
