Uhh…okay. Islam literally means ’submission’. In terms of the religion, it means complete submission to Allah (or God) and His will and His commands.
All right, so what’s a Muslim again?
Muslim literally means ‘one who submits’. It’s something that also completely and holistically submits to the will and laws of Allah (or God).
So, guess who’s a Muslim:

That’s right. That tree is only fulfilling its purpose as willed by Allah (God) and not resisting.
Every tree, rock, blade of grass, grain of sand, and ocean are all Muslims.
It’s only the fact that people (mankind) is given the choice of whether to be Muslim or not, to submit to God or to refuse and resist from it.
So, Muslims are all around you. That’s all there is to it.
