Hopefully you do not like it. Try the tips below to find re-energize yourself. 

Swing the body and sing 
Attach your favorite music, especially the rhythmic disco or dance.While rocking, you can also sing

Smile 
Smiling can ‘trick’ the brain. That is, because your muscles to force a smile, your brain will think that you’re happy. 

Spend time with loved ones

    Great advice, I am sure that it will be helpful to many people. I use writing and reading for grief, and I clean when I am irritable.
