For anyone new to this, is a chakra only seen by many as an energy center inside the human body. This belief dates back to ancient India and the word chakra comes from Sanskrit and means “wheel”.

The concept is the flow of energy through the seven main chakras in order to achieve physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of those whose chakras are balanced properly. If one or more of these chakras are balanced / aligned, your body and your mind does not work so well as it should. This meditation can be consumed quickly during the day so that your energy centers (or chakras) back in the lineup makes it possible to excel in everything you do.

With a bit of meditation is ideal for a quiet and peaceful place to relax and feel comfortable. But this is not always possible, and I used this meditation in the doctor’s office, played softball for my daughter?in restaurants with people yelling … You get the idea. </ Li> Let’s have a good time!

First, take a minute and start breathing. Close your eyes and just count each breath. Take a deep breath and release your breath while you count “one”. Breathe deep release, and “two.” When you have four hours to return in “a”. Focusing solely on counting your breath and gently remove other thoughts enter your mind. This is a simplified version of counting my breath and just do this for about 45 seconds to a minute.

You should already know that your body begins to relax, focus on your breathing. Now we will work our way through your chakras, and spent about 30 seconds each. As you focus on each chakra, imagine a color rotating disc (or wheel) in the respective area.

The first chakra, the chakra or root base is located near the base of the tail bone and is represented by red color. While you breathe hard to imagine a red, or “wheels” turning the base of the tail bone. You have to be more relaxed and want to spend more time on each chakra, but 30 seconds of work, when all this is a busy schedule allows.

The second chakra, sacral chakra, located about an inch below the navel and is represented by the color orange. This time, imagine a disk spinning orange one inch below the navel, but over the first chakra. Carefully remove any thought other than this disc is orange, deep breathing, but cute. Again, wait 30 seconds before continuing.

The third chakra, solar plexus chakra, located in (you guessed it!) solar plexus, or the area just below the breast leg. The yellow color representing this chakra, so imagine driving a yellow disc in his lower chest. Even if you do this three times briefly imagine together like a chain.

These first three chakras are connected together, and represents our physical body and the attachment and alignment with Mother Earth. Unlike the first three chakras are in line with the higher self mentally and spiritually. Therefore, the fourth chakra, considered the most important of the seven chakras many people. Heart chakra during the last three with the three higher chakras and maintain critical balance between the two.

As you progress through the heart chakra begins to feel your body adjusted and just focus on your heart. Breathe deeply and focus on a green plate spinning close to his heart. This chakra not hesitate to take some time and accept the transition from physical needs to their spiritual needs. Many people have problems with the transition, but with practice it becomes easy.

Get out of your heart chakra, embrace change physically to be in their spiritual self. The next chakra is the throat and is represented by the color blue. When you see the album breathes a deep blue spinning in the neck that throat chakra. Enjoy peace of mind as they prepare to go to the sixth chakra.

Breathe deeply and move slowly towards the third eye chakra is located in the center of the forehead. As you breathe hard to imagine turning indigo in the area just above the eyes. Focus on the chakra and imagine turning that opens and allows energy to flow through.

Now we move to the top of your head, or crown chakra, and visualize a bright purple turntable. As you exhale and visualize this disc spinning chakra open and feel the energy flow in your body. At this point you should have a sense of increased energy and calming presence around your body.

As you take the last breath to feel the energy flow through the chakras and the crown chakra. Enjoy the feeling, not only in body, but around.

This meditation in five minutes can be done anywhere or anytime to help increase energy, while calming the mind and nerves.
