The Bible or the good book as it is sometimes called, is possibly no more than a… good book, or a best selling novel of an idealistic concept.
We all would like to believe that what the Bible tells us is the way things actually are. “The mind is a terrible thing to waste.” We seem to do this sometimes by believing what the good book tells us, yet there are hundreds of different religions around the world, each with their own interpretations of the meaning of life. They then convey the concept to the people.
Why so many different interpretations? It’s like a mystery or a puzzle, the one whom solves it is the winner, and the prize is…the unknown.
Do you always believe what you read or what someone tells you? When it comes to creation, that’s what the Bible possibly is. A creation to give people something to believe in, to have faith in, to explain why the world is the way it is, then an now.
If you don’t have an open mind to other possibilities as to how life began, then the brain washing to create the belief that God is the only way, worked for the most part. This isn’t to say that God doesn’t exist.
God does exist, in our minds, our hearts, and in our actions towards other living beings.
To say that God created the heavens and the earth, is not too hard to believe, if you believe in nature. The natural process of life and death, or the science of creation, which some call… evolution.
If there is a heaven, and in order to get there, we have to die, why fear death? Why do we try so hard to prevent this natural process of getting there? We have created through science, the ability to do so by keeping us alive as long as possible. The knowledge of medicines and techniques keep us from the place most of us wish to go.
We don’t want to die, we want to live forever. We say, “It’s a miracle”, “God gave us another chance,” or “God intervened,” it wasn’t or was their time to go.
If we believe what the Bible tells us, then we can’t believe in science. Yet science in modern society, is what keeps us from dying. Science is also the quest to prove the theory of evolution.
Creation, whether it be what the bible tells us or what science and nature tells us, we have to believe in something in order to keep our sanity.
Our minds are very powerful instruments of creation. How do we know that when Moses climbed the mountain, that the lack of oxygen to his brain, didn’t create illusions or hallucinations, which made him believe someone spoke to him, (God).
Many famous people created words, pictures, music, and inventions by self-inducing drugs that make the mind more creative by changing the chemical balance. Which probably opened up portions of the brain that we have yet to discover.
If Man created god, then God is in all of us, for we all have the ability to create.
Faith is not only to believe in a Supreme Being, but also to believe in ourselves. Is it hard to believe that life as we know, did not start here on our planet earth, but elsewhere in the universe.
Earth just happened to be in the path of the creation of life. We will continue that path through ourselves and our offspring forever with nature by our sides.
In conclusion: Life is what we perceive as we continue to wonder why we are here and what is our purpose for being… Humans.
When we die, we do not cease to exist? Do our spirits continue to be a part of all creation throughout the universe. Part of the whole process of life. Living and dying is the continuing process of the Creation of Life.
If people are afraid of being condemned by God, then they are condemning themselves. Do not fear death for it is Life.
Create for yourself a belief or faith that will lead you into a world that you create for your tomorrow.
