Feeding the soul
Feed to food or to keep the substances necessary for life and growth, to promote growth, maintain or support, feed.

L’Alma essence immaterial vital principle or cause of action of an individual, the spiritual principle embodied in human beings, all
spiritual and rational beings or the universe, a person’s total self.

The field of holistic health is full of articles and books of all the teachings of different ways to feed our souls. What exactly does all this
and why is it so important?

Our soul is the essence of who we are and what we are is our life force and therefore need food on a regular basis to support us
and prevent us from becoming stagnant and unsatisfied with life.

So what is nutritious for the soul? Things that make you feel whole, alive, and one with the universe (or God) is the food of the soul.
This varies from one individual to another, our souls are very complex and unique, although many of us have some similarities.
Some common sources of food for the soul is the nature, music, prayer, dancing, deep relationships, meditation, walking, and more.

My main source of food for the soul is in nature. Doing things like spending time on the lake, walking and hiking country, admiring
cloud formations, feeding and bird watching, feeding a stray cat looking at the stars and the moon is what I fed.
Nature is my salvation. Rejuvenates me and allows me to continue. It makes me feel alive, vibrant and connected with the universe. It
it is more nutritious for me to spend a day in a blanket to my favorite lake and intimacy with nature, especially in a
warm autumn day when the leaves are brightly colored. Being with someone I love and engage in deep conversation is even better.
Writing, reading, certain types of music and singing along, dancing, deep relationships and prayer also feed me.

You can find food for the soul while listening to the desires of your soul, always and tuning into your voice deeper inside. Its
the soul that guides you need. Do not ignore it and not be quenched. Once you learn what you need to feed regularly. If
neglect our soul, then it becomes hungry and looking for food in the wrong places, which is destructive to our lives and close the
maintaining our vital energy.

After years and years of neglect a disconnect from his soul and lost. Our world is full of people, unfortunately, that the negligence
their souls and the consequences of this are visible everywhere in the level of addiction, violence, delinquency, depression, suicide, lack of
compassion and respect for others, divorce and the destruction of our planet vulnerable in our society. Our culture has not been very
good to teach us how to avoid this, perhaps because they knew a long time, but gradually changes to a
one.

Do not forget your soul! Hear, feed and feed every day. It is as important as feeding your hungry stomach. If you have
neglected your soul, it’s never too late to start over. The soul has an amazing ability to recover and flourish in all its glory once again.

Great refreshing share. All have fallen short of the Holy Glory.
There is not one good person who does not sin. The Spirit is against the Flesh and the flesh is against the Spirit. My food for my soul is: Hearing Jesus say: Peace be Still Zappy, as your Advocate I go to God the Father for you Zappy, I do believe as the Son of God I am more qualified to represent you Zappy.
That’s why I died for you. Jesus sacrifice for me is the food for my soul my Pride and Joy. Yours a wonderful write.
