I Knocked and You Didn’t Answer

I went to a retreat with a church when  I was about 11 years old.They took us to Lake Arrowhead in California. I was so excited to go.Some of us had to raise our own money to be able to go .Well when we first got there everyone was choosing there beds and getting settled in.Then we were assigned different cabins and councelors to oversee or babysit us. It was scary because they let us know that we were next to a prison that some people had actualy excaped from a time or two.So by this time it’s getting dark and  the windows are the kind that you can’t see through but you can see a blury immage of a person through it though .Then one of the girls goes outside of the rooms and bangs on the windows. Scarring the crap out of us .My group had a fun councelor. She let us play in her  hair  and stay up late, and wisper to our friends if we promised to wake up on time. We would get wake up calls at 6 am and that would start the day off. On this particular day I was listening to  play I belive it was. There was a woman and she had been told by jesus in her dream that he was going to come visit with her. So the woman cooked a big meal and waited on jesus to come to visit her. There was a knock at the door and it was a man who was asking her if she had some shoes to give him. She told him no sorry mr. you have to go I’m waiting for Jesus to come visit me ,and she closes the door.There was another knock at the door and it was another person and they wanted something to eat. She told the person well no I don’t have any extra food I can spare becuse I’m waiting for jesus to show up and she closed the door again .She waited on Jesus and still no Jesus came all day.So then she fell asleep and then Jesus spoke to her in her dream.She said Jesus why didn’t you come I cooked a great big meal and waited on you all day. He said to the woman I did come first I asked you for some shoes and you turned me away. Then I returned and asked you for some food and you turned me away again. She said Jesus I had no idea it was you I’m sorry Jesus. So in short Jesus wants us to share sometimes.You also never know who it is you are really giving a helping hand to.God loves everyone and wants everyone to love eachother as brother and sister.
