When Earth was first created, it was originally only God, Adam, the animals, and nature. Soon after these creations, God began to notice that although he had the companionship of all the creatures on Earth, Adam was lonely. In response to this insite, God created the first woman to touch the earth, and she was named Eve.
During this time, there was a more direct relationship between God and Mankind. For example, God would come down to Earth to walk and talk with Adam and Eve. However, things changed after Eve convinced Adam to eat the forbidden fruit with the persuasion of the Serpent. God was upset with Adam and Eve and he kicked them out of the Garden of Eden to punish them, and they would now have to work the lands to survive.
In today’s life, many people feel that they cannot speak to God and hear what he is saying. This is false, and the fact is that God speaks to us all in many different ways. If you were to say to God “Lord, if I am supposed to do this task, then make my house rise three feet within the air,” chances are that your house will stay at the exact level of elevation that it is currently at. God has blessed us all with one thing after we have been able to determine right from wrong, and that is a conscious. The human conscious is amongst God’s greatest ways of communication with mankind because he uses this to speak to us. If a child was preparing to steal from his mother’s purse, and he heard a voice in his head say to him “maybe this isn’t such a good idea,” that voice is most-likely God warning him to reconsider his choices.
This is not to be taken and used in every senario however. When God tells us to do something, he wont tell us to favor the wrong choice. For example, God would not tell a mature man to allow a toddler to wander into the street unattended to. God never tells us to do a sinful action nor would he try to convince man to make a decision that would allow one to prosper and another to take a fall from that same decision.
