Be quite, find a nice place to be in peace(quietness). Now sit down and focus your attentioninwards, and look, examine or focus on your mind. Meditation is like a journey in all sorts of ways, if you really think about it. You go the processes with meditation through out your time and life. It’s like being a travel agent for the world and you, so always have something to read or get a better understanding for meditating each day. You must meditate everyday or at least five times a week. The more you do it, the better plus the experiences you have. To know a trick is there is no wrong way of doing it, but just think positive about it, is a plus. Here are five steps for a mantra: step one is sit with your back straight and find a quiet place, step two close your eyes and relax your body with each breath, step three, pick a mantra(word or phrase) that has special meaning to you, begin to breathe with each exhale say the mantra(out loud or in your head), set a time limit on your time of meditation( the more the better).
