Cultivation of lovingkindness, compassion, forgiveness, and other healing emotions. Concentration on a geometric shape or other simple visual spiritual object or items. Visualization of a peaceful place and a healing energy or entity. Reading and reflecting upon sacred writings. Gazing at a picture of a holy being or saint(maybe someone special to you). Contemplation of nature. Chanting mantra to the Divine.
