I personally respects atheism. But, please do not deny a religion in front of a religious person, i find it disrespectful and in a way you are calling them stupid for believing. People may say there is no heaven. but think about this, heaven and god may be a state of mind.
think about it, because one thought god existed , he started eating vegetables and stopped hurting lives, donated to charioty and helped out a few beggars on the street. Solved conflicts with reason instead of violence. In the end even if he was proven false of his religion he will end up being much healthier and having more people that care about him.
Religions aren’t all about going somewhere nice after you rest in peace. It’s a teaching to help life on Earth . All Religions on Earth bears the same principle.So, think about it,religion isn’t all about going to some fantasy world and meeting the creator. It’s about doing the world some good while being alive. I don’t think Hitler was religious now was he? (Yes that was my horrible attempt at humour)
