Similar to the movie The Perfect Storm where we see gigantic waves swallowing small fishing boats, the disciples experience with Jesus during this particular boat trip was a very chilling scenario. They panicked and feared for their lives. But Jesus used this violent storm incident to increase their faith.

Jesus told them that He was going to be killed and then come back in three days, but the disciples were astonished when they actually witnessed Him do just that. I think that I would have been rather amazed as well. How about you?
God uses ordinary people to do extraordinary works.
Our walk with the Lord has to be non-selfish; we need to go out into the world and witness what the Lord has done in our lives and start making disciples.
