“Continued fruitfulness, extending into old age, is one of the ‘exceeding great and precious promises which God gives to those who put their trust in him and are faithful in his service,”

When God makes promises, He chooses His word and it takes time before He will do that. The reason is to make sure He has set machineries in motion to fulfilling them. One of the Promises He made to us is long life.

When that car swerves blindly around the curve and runs right into the bystanders, was it their time to die? Was that destiny? Was that fate?
