Methods of meditation is so rich and varied as can be very difficult to find someone that suits you. It is no secret to this, you need to try several methods and see for yourself. One thing you should know if you have to try different types of meditation. If you live in the same all the time and not working for you, never will. You need to explore new techniques with different methods. You will then be presented with a variety of methods of meditation: concentration of attention and brain waves. At least one of these a good fit for you. In this case, even within the same group will not be good for you, but otherwise a starting point, because the choice was made.

Asking, “What is your strategy for meditation?” sounds like giving a job-interview or as if we are trying to sell a product. We can soften the word “strategy” substituting it with “intention”. Though that doesn’t do justice and still “strategy” is what we need for a successful meditation. Let’s scratch the surface more to probe deeper.
