Everyone needs something to believe in. That belief is what we should base our lives on.

The Bible says to love our Brother, our Sister, our Father, our Mother-but also our Neighbour and even our Enemy. I think probably it says somewhere to love ourselves as well. I think very important is that we need to think of others as actually living out each second of their lives even as we live out each second of ours. I think that almost every major spiritual path and religion in the end does teach love and this is based in recognizing that others are beings to love.

How can we change our lives? We can start with ourselves, of course! Some biblical pointers that can help. Sowing bad or good, can reap bad or good!
