Parents do you know that Children have more need of models than of critics? Are you a model for your children?

For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness Hebrews 12:10. This is what he does for us.

I sometimes take time to look at the sheer innocence of little children and can’t help to marvel at them. They never judge, they regard every human being as worth the space on this planet. This makes children so beautiful to live with and there is no wonder that the Bible is clear on this when it says, for Christians to enter the Kingdome of God, they must first be like little children.

This is me simply discovering something of God’s grace, and how it can change me to help others from the wounds I’ve experienced.

Reason for this document: The reader was sent a document that is being passed to schools in some areas, ‘A Teacher’s guide to Muslim Students.’ Although it has some good points, it makes the assumption that the school should be totally submissive to the whims of the Muslim world no matter what impact it has on the school, the rights of other students, and the educational environment. I took the text of that document which is available on the web and created this one from a similar Christian perspective, that everything that happens in the school should revolve around the Christian student. I am sure it becomes totally ludicrous in the current school environment which is for the most part, hostile to the Christian Student when what was suggested for Muslim Students is suggested for Christian Student.

No parent indeed prays that his child will not be greater than him. Is it not to your own credit to have trained such person? That ward in your house is a messenger of God and should not be misused (2 Chronicles 36: 16).

Do you reverence the name of God and honour His word? Do you obey the laws of God? These are the ways God can hear you quickly when you call upon Him.
