It isn’t easy to be forgiving, show compassion and be loving and kind toward someone who has caused you suffering, whether it is physical, emotional or financial; whether it is very real or imagined. It isn’t easy to forgive the bully or the gossiper. It isn’t easy to like people who treat us poorly in any way. It isn’t easy to find nice things to say or even a nice thought about someone who had hurt you…But what does God say about this sort of thing…
My maker never asked me to be his personal protector,or to protect his divinity. He just asked me to be meek and mild and to love my neighbor.
Romans 12:19 reminds the believer that it is not our duty to take revenge. When we take revenge, we are stealing from the Lord.
Why people do the things they do.
He was wounded was our rebellions, milled for our sins and our peace punishment fell on him by his wound were cured.
People usually take laws into their hands by vindicating themselves when provoked, hurt or attacked. Vengeance is of God and when He does it for us, it is always evident for all because as He vindicates us, He takes vengeance and recompenses us. What a loving father indeed!
This story is based from a dream I had.
You know when you say and do things that are pleasing to God that is like the sweetest fragrance to Him. When you say something nice to a stranger it is a pleasant fragrance to Him and angels sing in Heaven with joy that you have done such a wonderful thing.
Beware, we reap what we sow.
An aburd God teaches human beings to stifle their genuine feelings, which is precious to a soul.
