Lead life to your own values, never anyone else’s.
I have heard this statement a few times "it"s not about you’ or "it"s not about me’. Well if it’s not about you (or me) then what’s it about then? I attempt to elaborate on these statements and offer my own opinion in the matter.
Trouble at home or work, loss of work, a debilitating or disabling illness, or other problems often leave some with the feeling of worthlessness. Then, there are times people simply feel that way. However, when we turn to the Word of God and let the Holy Spirit move upon us, faith, and not feeling, will reign.
The feeling of worthlessness encroaches upon the minds of many at times. For some, it is just an occasional passing thought, while to others it is a constant weight of gloom. But, does God consider us worthless?
